Tiny's & The Bar Upstairs

It all began with 3 siblings who had a tiny dream.

A New American tavern, Tinys envelopes in a textured historic salon like Civil War Era row Townhouse on the busiest (landmarked) Tribecca block.  Open Seven days a week and  serving up refined and comforting dishes that perfectly accompany the surroundings. Standout favorites include Tins world Famous Kale Salad, Grandmas Meatballs, Steak with Smashed Potatoes, Sweet Potato Gnocchi with Hen of Wood Mushrooms, Whipped Ricotta and babay Arugula.  Under the direction of Executive Chef Alejandro Bonilla, the rotating rustic American menu rewrites half the menu every season and pays close attention to local ingredients.

Yves

Yves is inspired by the neighborhood Café culture in Paris.

Yves occupies a two hundred year old former Seafarers Inn, across from the main downtown Hudson River entrance. The restaurant is washed in a minimalist design aesthetic in the heart of picturesque Tribeca (across the st from the Greenwich Hotel). The restaurant features photographs (Aaron Stern) featuring Parisian streetscapes and Jean Prouve inspired custom millworks and metalworks along with various midcentury modern antique fixtures and farrow and ball paints.

Smith & Mills

Smith & Mills embodies the intrinsic romance & charm that is old New York.

While the original architectural bones & exterior were restored, the interior design highlights a combination of both bauhaus & constructivism. The interior design & atmosphere were created to be intentionally unassuming; the intimate extension of one's living room.

Within every design detail, a story emerges - enriched by the harmony of something new with something past.

Warren 77

Warren 77 is an American sports bar & grill reminiscent of the 1960's.

The interior design features industrial architectural elements such as exposed bricks and visible piping combined with classic and club-style furniture throughout. Warren 77 embodies the nostalgic nature of a sports history museum showcasing a glass encased wall of vintage baseball cards, black & white photography of iconic athletes, retro video games and locker shelves full of sought after memorabilia. Whether a sports fan or not, Warren 77 has become a New York City destination spot for its unmatched "feel good" atmosphere and spirit.

Holy Ground

Holy Ground is a restaurant & Speakeasy where classic NYC meets clandestine Cocktail Bar.

Upon entering a non discrete front door followed by a hidden staircase, from the moment you step into Holy Ground you are transported to the New York of centuries past. Familiar, yet with some surprising nuances. The interior design features architectural elements and decor reminiscent of historic and clubby dining destinations, where drinking and late night revelry embodied the spirit of the times. Warm, dark mahogany wood and bold shades of red and vintage touches are found throughout. The atmosphere is fun & unique, there is no experience quite like it...
