Erin Pepper is a seasoned executive with 15+ years in hospitality across a range of segments including boutique lifestyle hotel, fine dining and fast casual restaurant groups. Pepper has always been on the pulse of guest experience marketing, pioneering inaugural departments at the executive level at multi-unit national and global companies such as BR Guest Hospitality, Le Pain Quotidien, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Restaurant Associates and various other fast casual chains and to technology start-up ventures. As a founder of the New York City Hospitality Alliance and an advisor and first adaptor to new industry resources and technology ventures, she is boots on the ground to seamlessly connect the human and tech elements of the guest experience that is right for your brand. Her approach to brand creation and guest engagement strategy combines the traditional marketing techniques with the digital programming necessary to build brand awareness, loyalty and to spearhead growth. Pepper’s unique combined operational, managerial and marketing skills allows her to create strategic 360 programming that not only leads to a successful guest experience but also one for your team members with a scalability focus. Her range of expertise includes but is not limited to; brand development, design, social media, marketing, guest engagement, ambiance, training, development and operations.
Pepper is a New York native and a dedicated culinary enthusiast who thrives in the ever-changing world of NYC restaurants, hotels, hospitality and technology. She is a founding board member of the New York City Hospitality Alliance. With an Undergraduate degree in accounting and her Master's in Food Studies and Food Management from New York University, she's no stranger to focusing on those little brand details to create the perfect guest experience.
